The Lifestyle Lift office is located on the South West corner of Big Beaver Road and Livernois Road in the Columbia Center (two big red buildings).
When facing the two buildings we are the building on the left. We are across the street from the Troy Marriott Hotel and two miles east of the Somerset Collection.

Dr. Charles P. Theivagt, M.D.
Dr. Theivagt is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, which includes a specialty in Facial Plastic Surgery. He earned his medical degree at the Southern Illinois University (SIU) School of Medicine. He completed his General Surgery residency and Otolaryngology (Head and Neck Surgery) residency at UT (University of Texas) Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. Following that, he was selected for a fellowship through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.

Dr. Michael S. Nosanov, M.D.
Dr. Nosanov, MD, is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in biophysics, he earned his medical degree from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo, N.Y. After a Surgery internship at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, he remained in the city to complete his residency at the University of Minnesota Hospitals and Clinics. He currently serves as an assistant clinical professor at Michigan State University.
